If you have an issue with your order, please contact us on WhatsApp and provide your order number.
Return Requests
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and package so we can review the issue.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for review, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged by the customer, and kept in their original condition with packaging, tags, or labels when applicable.
Non-returnable Items
Used, worn, washed, altered, customer-damaged, final sale, clearance, or approved special-order items may not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Approval
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior communication and approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is requested for personal reasons or non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund result. If approved, the refund will be processed based on the order details and the original payment method.
